WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
We offer exciting, challenging internships to outstanding students. You will be a member of the France-Benelux HR Team. With this internship, you will experience various aspects of the HR discipline. Your role will be to lead and contribute to several HR projects.
You will build your strategic and operational skills, gain breadth of HR experience across geographies, as well as a depth of HR expertise in areas like change management, employee relations, training and development, HR services & operations, performance management, reward strategy etc. You will partner with leaders to deliver your key accountabilities on the projects you work on.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

- Currently studying at master level or recently graduated from Management school or University coupled with a passion for HR
- Already a first practical experience through internships or student jobs
- Strong academic results
- Ability to show effective leadership, to solve problems and to set priorities
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
- Interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Willingness and ability to deliver breakthrough results
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non academic activities
- Fluency in Dutch and English, proficient in French
- Basic knowledge of Belgian and/or Dutch social legislation is a nice plus.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
This internship position will be for a minimum length of 6 months.
