Role description:
As our reward and benfits specialist you’ll have the responsibility to ensure that the pay and benefits offered correctly reflect the business brand and strategic positioning of Deutsche Bank. You will also ensure that the offered benefits are administered and monitored according to the law and put to date with any legislative changes.
You’ll be involved with managing relationships with benefits providers, answering queries from staff and solving problems related to compensation and benefits. You will display both excellent analytical skills with strong customer service and people skills.
Role responsabilities:
Administer company benefits (pensions, insurances,etc). Monitor and keeping up to date with changes in legislation or regulation and at the same time align local policies and procedures with the required changes
Manage relationships with benefits suppliers, attending meetings as Service Relationship owner and reviewing contracts
Provide support and help structure Year End Comenpensation rounds (Fixed Pay/Variable Compensation)
Involvement with induction/termination of employees from a benefits perspective
Analyse reports and figures
Carry out of controls and salary reviews as well as benefits reviews
Answer queries from staff
Manage benefits related budgets and provisions
Operate in close collaboration with the payroll team on compensation related topics
Experience / Exposure / Education / Qualifications
:
- Master or Bachelor ideally in an economical or legal education
- Ideally between 5-10 years of relevant business experience
- Excellent knowledge of Belgian social law
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Efficient with strong organizational skills
- Integrity and confidentiality are a must
- Good relationship building skills
- Customer service
- Accustomed to working to deadlines and strict timetables
