You will join a multicultural solutions sales team full of energy and joy. We are looking for a new member to join our successful Personal Systems Solutions team in General Western Europe, “GWE”. This region is composed by the Nordic (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark), BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and Switzerland countries. Your focus will be primarily HP Device as a Service (DaaS), which combines world-class computing devices and accessories, lifecycle services, and HP value-added expertise into an all-inclusive.
Your primary region focus will be BeNeLux countries, preferably based in Brussels, and you will be reporting directly to the Sales & Solutions Director GWE Personal Systems. Key Responsibilities Experienced Services Sales Solution Architect specialized in end-user workplace services and understanding of the HP Device as a Service (“DaaS”) concept. Work in close cooperation with our Account Manager and DaaS Services Consultant Be the technical workplace expert and lead the solution crafting and pricing Take end to end responsibility of the workplace solution Successfully operate in complex technical disciplines and areas across workplace and IT solutions portfolio Lead large, regional pursuits that affect the company’s long-term goals and objectives; pursuits geographical scope may include other regions Suggest solution approaches that add client value by defining business outcomes Provide solutions to meet client requirements and be able to adapt to new requirements that may arise during the design or due diligence phases Stay up to date with HP solutions, subcontractor, system integrator and HP partner solutions, in order to build the most effective workplace solutions You will business develop these services to fit the markets and the customers you serve in. Help our sales teams to prepare the right solution and offers Keep track of competition Present solution in customer meeting where C-level representatives are present Be the subject matter expert representing HP in various technical workshops having a direct influence on solutions that HP offers to customers Communication is key Actively work with other regions counterparts or central EMEA team members.
Demonstrate teamwork with peers and/or account teams on very large multifunction, multi-vendor projects. Persuasively communicate the value of the solution in terms of financial return and benefits, impact on customer business goals. Qualifications Skills, Experience & Education Fluency in Dutch, French and English. Preferred Technical University, Bachelor or equivalent experience.
Solid services knowledge from local markets. Preferable technical certifications and understanding of Microsoft, Landesk, ServiceNow and other tools and technologies. 5-12 years’ experience in solution selling and/or consultative selling. 5-7 years’ experience in project/program management.
Financial acumen Knowledge and experience to take financial responsibility for deals. Able to capture and highlights risks and any associated costs. Solid understanding of the interaction in deal variables (volumes, services, service level agreements, revenue recognition and more). Able to deliver and own, accurate financial models that are logically structured and reflect the technical solution.
